1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QuantumGlide's lead generation and advertising services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

QuantumGlide provides lead generation and social media advertising services across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Our services include:

• Lead discovery and qualification
• Multi-platform advertising campaign management
• Social network integration and optimization
• Analytics and reporting

3. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model with the following rates:

• Facebook & Instagram: $40 per qualified lead
• LinkedIn Professional: $50 per qualified lead
• Google Ads Premium: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. No setup fees or monthly minimums apply.

4. Lead Qualification

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Meets your specified targeting criteria
• Has provided valid contact information
• Has shown genuine interest in your product or service
• Has been verified through our multi-point validation process

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate targeting criteria and campaign objectives
• Timely payment of invoices
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Providing necessary access to advertising accounts when required

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

QuantumGlide's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, algorithms, and methodologies remain with QuantumGlide. Clients retain ownership of their data and campaign content.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
